Do the address signs come with a backing plate? What material do you use?

Our address signs do not come with a backing plate as standard. If you require a backing plate, we can powder coat one for you—please contact us before placing your order to arrange this.

All our house address signs are made from high-quality 316 No. 4 stainless steel, known for its durability and resistance to corrosion, making it ideal for outdoor use.

Are there any specific care instructions or warranty details customers should know about our metal decor, plaques, or BBQ grids?

Yes – to ensure the longevity and appearance of our products, we recommend the following:

  • General Care: Wipe metal décor and plaques with a damp cloth to remove dust or dirt. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

  • Outdoor Items: Although our products are made from durable materials like 316 stainless steel, exposure to harsh coastal or industrial environments may cause surface discolouration over time. Occasional rinsing with fresh water can help maintain the finish.

  • BBQ Grids: Season your grid before first use and clean after each use with a grill brush or warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly to avoid rust.

Warranty:
We stand by the quality of our products. All items come with a 12-month workmanship warranty. This covers defects in materials or craftsmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or exposure to extreme conditions.

How long does it take to manufacture the product?

All our products are made to order, which means we don’t keep any items in stock. Standard orders are dispatched within 10–14 days from the date of purchase.

For custom designs, the 10–14 day timeframe begins after artwork approval.

If you need your order sooner, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

What are the typical shipping times and return policies for customers in Perth and across Australia?

We ship all orders via Australia Post, so standard shipping times apply depending on your location. Most deliveries within Perth arrive within a few business days, while interstate orders may take longer.

Please note: We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post once your order has been dispatched.

What is your return policy?

Because all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

What if I get a custom design made, what happens then?

For custom designs, we will first create a digital artwork based on your specifications. Once the artwork is ready, we’ll send it to you for approval.

Production begins only after you approve the design. After approval, your custom product will be manufactured and dispatched within 10–14 days.

If you want any changes, just let us know before approving the artwork. This helps ensure you get exactly what you want!

Can you make signs larger than 1 metre?

Yes, we can manufacture signs larger than 1 metre. However, due to size and shipping limitations, these items are available for collection only.
